Hygiene and safety

My numer one priority is keeping a clean and safe enviornmemt for my clients, especially since I deal with newborns and babies on a regular basis. With this being said, please note that for the safety of other clients, clients that show up sick, even with the smallest symptoms (this applies for both adults and children) will have their session cancelled on the spot, deposit will not be refunded and they will not be given another date. Of course, I completely understand that we have no control over being sick, therefore if this is the case, kindly let me know and we will move the session to another date, this way you will not loose your deposit.

 

Following the above, I make sure that all outfits, surfaces, props & anything used are washed and sanitised for each and every session.

 

To avoid any viruses/bacteria from getting on any floors and props, no shoes are allowed in the studio.

 

During each session, the baby’s guardians will be asked to stay close to the baby for extra safety.

 

 

Process of receiving photos

The client will first receive the proofing gallery to select their photos. A proofing gallery is a selection of the unedited photos taken during the session, these photos are only sent to the client for them to choose which photos they would like to be fully edited. These raw photos cannot be downloaded and are the property of the photographer only. 

 

Once the client chooses their final photos, the photographer will then proceed to the editing stage. Editing includes a complex process of: Colour correction, cropping, skin retouching & other adjustments. Once the editing process is complete, the client will receive their final gallery which they can download digitally in full resolution and with no watermark.

 

Deposit and rescheduling 

A €50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that the deposit is non refundable. In the case of the client or photographer being sick, a new date will be rescheduled, therefore your deposit will not be lost.

 

Studio policy​

A maximum of two adults only can join in the studio. 

 

In the case of a maternity, newborn, milestone, sitter, birthday or any other session, if any young siblings will be joining for some photos, they are welcome to join at the beginning of the session and we will start with their photos first. Then someone will need to pick them up from the studio so that we can continue with the rest of the session. If you prefer, they can join towards the end of the session instead. The reason behind this is that through my experience I know that toddlers and young siblings will get bored waiting for a whole session which can take from 2-4 hours. Therefore, this way the session will run smoothly and successfully, plus parents get to enjoy the experience too, which is very important to me.
